Installation

Whether you are in the middle of a large city or in a remote rural location, we can deliver the full, video-rich Espresso experience.

Upon receipt of your order our Customer Relations Team will be in contact with you to:

  • Organise your installation, coordinating with your LA and cache provider as necessary.
  • Send you a Welcome pack including information on booking INSET, our Get Started Quick Guide and a proforma invoice.
  • Arrange an Engineer visit to your school to install your cache, activate Espresso and configure up to 25 computers for access to Espresso.

*The arrangements above are subject to the agreements in place within your LA

Once Espresso has been installed and activated you will receive your standard invoice for payment within 30 days.

 

Support

Our in-house Customer Relations team offers schools and LAs support both pre- and post-installation. If LA arrangements are such that a cache is maintained by a third partner, full referall details will be provided.
