Richard McGrath joins Espresso Education as Managing Director

Richard McGrathEspresso Education - the UK's leading supplier of live national curriculum content for education and winner of the BETT Award for Innovation - has appointed Richard McGrath as Managing Director. In his new role, Richard will be responsible for securing Espresso's continued rapid growth through sales of the company's educational content to Regional Broadband Grids, Local Education Authorities and schools. 

As the former Global Managing Director of a financial markets analysis division of the McGraw-Hill Companies, Richard has 17 years experience working in both the UK and the US. Such experience has equipped him with the skills and expertise to develop and implement strategic business plans, important for an expanding business such as Espresso. 

Espresso will continue to develop its 'Espresso for Primary Schools', 'Espresso for Secondary Schools' and 'Your Espresso' services, which utilise satellite technology to deliver weekly updates of video-rich curriculum learning materials to more than 500 subscribing schools across the U.K. 

Commenting on his new role, Richard McGrath said:

Richard McGrath is 41 years old and lives in Kingswood, Surrey, with his wife and daughter. He is a keen gardener and enjoys Formula One motor racing and DIY.
